What is your return policy? Returns can be made 14 days after arrival, however we do not cover shipping costs. All returned or exchanged items must:
- not be washed
- not be worn
- not be damaged
- have all tags attached
Panties, bodysuits and other bottoms must be returned in their original packaging.
All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable). When returning a set with more than one pieces, all pieces must be included in the return.
In the unfortunate event that returns are lost in shipping, we are not responsible and cannot refund the return.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us for further information.
Why wasn't my order processed? An order may not process for two reasons:
- The payment was rendered incomplete or the transaction was denied.
- One of the items in your order are out of stock.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate payment information or incomplete payment, you will receive a notification letting you know your order was not shipped. You will be notified if one or more items in your order are out of stock.
Can I cancel/modify my order? You can modify/cancel your order 48 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order. Please contact us for any questions regarding your order.
